@CoxHelp @CoxComm I have internet only and no cable so we stream everything, we are in a damn pandemic and we are stuck in a house and my kid is in school virtual using Wi-Fi

@CoxHelp I already was on the phone with your “customer service” they basically told me to kick rocks, it’s my problem. I’m going to lose my job because of your monopoly and loss of internet access. I’ve lost 1500$ in productivity because of this and I JUST paid my bill.

@CoxHelp Well like it stats before the call it was consistent at 40mb and after it was at 900. I kept getting told its my hardware but they cant find any errors and its all brand new, top of the line equipment. Ill message you next time its as bad and send you a picture to prove it.
