@CoxHelp I understand the situation. The whole point of me having a prepaid service, is to avoid the current situation in the first place. I chose it over traditional service, for that reason, because my income is not indispensable.

@bphil77 @CoxComm Yes. Just call and complain, give approximate times of outage, and they’ll prorate bill. At least they used to....

Turn on TV boxes on in bedrooms, they still cutoff. I suppose I’ll still get the full bill charged. Should have just changed providers, I’m stupid. @CoxComm

@CoxHelp I tried to start up the service without enrolling in easypay, but it was not allowed. Then I couldn't tell my exact next bill date when the payment would come out. Then when I made the payment I wasn't notified of extra fee, or it would have been paid for.

@CoxHelp Watch the stream link provided and skim the timeline to see my service get interrupted.. OF COURSE you won't see anything till they bring me back online after I informed them I -was- live-streaming. The evidence is there.

@CoxHelp I already was on the phone with your “customer service” they basically told me to kick rocks, it’s my problem. I’m going to lose my job because of your monopoly and loss of internet access. I’ve lost 1500$ in productivity because of this and I JUST paid my bill.

@CoxHelp Well like it stats before the call it was consistent at 40mb and after it was at 900. I kept getting told its my hardware but they cant find any errors and its all brand new, top of the line equipment. Ill message you next time its as bad and send you a picture to prove it.

@CoxHelp Oh I’ve been on the phone for the past 5 days with your “customer support”. They’re the ones who told me to kick rocks and I’m not receiving a refund. I’m on the phone with your support right now. On hold, unable to be productive as well.

Hey @TMobile thanks for having my back for mobile when @CoxComm @CoxHelp couldn’t bother to even help me. I may have lost my job because of them. But because of you I can still find a new one.
